Line in Royal Palm Beach!
Centrally located between Wellington and West Palm Beach, homes in Royal Palm Beach are growing in demand. There is a short commute to the Atlantic Ocean and many new restaurants and shopping centers popping up in the area. As a growing destination, the city is still determined to keep its standard of 10 acres of parkland per 1,000 residents. As a result, there is plenty of green space and open areas to explore.
The current real estate climate of the area is getting more and more competitive – the area is definitely heating up. Since March of last year, the asking price of homes in Royal Palm Beach has increased 20.8 percent while inventory has decreased 28.2 percent.
